What If Your Card Is Not Working?

If you find that your Plutus Debit Card is no longer functional, follow these steps and we'll get you up and running as soon as possible:

Ensure your card is not blocked.

If you've recently attempted a transaction and have entered your details (CVV, expiry date, PIN) incorrectly 3 times in a row, then your card may be blocked. If this is the case, you'll need to go to a local ATM that supports card unblocking.

Make sure your card isn't frozen.

You may have frozen it by mistake!

Check your limits. 'Hey, big spender' - you might have hit your spending limits this month.
