Requesting a PLU Rewards Payout

Requesting a PLU Rewards payout to your crypto wallet is quick and straightforward. Follow these steps:

1) Go to the Pluton Tab: Visit the Pluton section on the Plutus website.
2) Connect Your MetaMask Wallet: Ensure your MetaMask browser extension is connected and set to the Ethereum Mainnet.
3) Click the Withdraw Button: Locate and click the blue Withdraw button.
4) Select the Amount: Choose the amount of Available PLU to withdraw. Note that PLU rewards not yet past the 45-day lock period will not be available for payout.
5) Confirm Wallet Details: Verify that the displayed wallet is your active wallet in MetaMask.
6) Request the Payout:

• Ensure you meet the minimum payout requirement of 50 EUR/GBP worth of PLU.
• Click Request Withdrawal to submit your payout request.

Important Notes:

Gray Withdraw Button:
If the Withdraw button is grayed out, this could mean:

• Your MetaMask wallet is not connected correctly (ensure it’s set to the Ethereum Mainnet).
• Your subscription plan is still on Standard, which is not eligible for PLU Rewards payouts.

Fees:
A dynamic fee will be charged to your account balance to cover Ethereum gas fees and operational costs.

Processing Time:
Payouts can take 30 days or more to allow time for auditing payouts. We are working on automating this process so that they can be approved within the initial 45-day review period.

Notifications:
‍You will receive an email notification once your payout has been processed.
