My Card Has Been Lost Or Stolen

If your Plutus Card is lost or stolen you should report it as soon as possible and immediately freeze it to prevent malicious activity.  

Freezing your Plutus Card

You can freeze your card from the Card section of your Plutus Account in both mobile and website versions.

Fraudulent activity with your card

If you identify any malicious activity with your card, make sure to freeze it first.
In order to raise a dispute, contact the merchant first to dispute the unauthorized charges, this is often the fastest and easiest resolution to recover the funds.
