We're sorry to see you leave the Plutus Community, but If you've decided to close your account, here’s how you can proceed:

Steps to Close Your Account:

  1. Fill Out The Account Closure Form
    1. Please use the form linked above to submit your request to close your account.
  2. Data Deletion:
    • Once we receive your request, we will delete your account and any associated information within 30 days, unless notified otherwise.

Important Information:

  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • As a regulated financial institution, we are obligated to retain some of your data for a minimum of 5 years for anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism purposes. This regulatory requirement supersedes any right to erasure under data protection laws such as GDPR.
