What users are eligible for this offer?
Customers who purchased a Metal Card and have a Reward Level are eligible.
What fees are refunded and in what format?
The refund includes Metal Card costs and Subscription Plan Costs from 01/06/22 (the date we introduced our subscription plan costs). Additional micro-fees such as PLU Payouts, DEX Fees, etc., are not covered. The funds will be returned in fiat to your chosen bank account.
How much PLU will be returned?
Upon completing the form, Plutus will contact you regarding exactly how much PLU you have earned that is required for a refund. This includes all rewards (referrals, card spending, perks, etc.) from 01/06/22 (the date we introduced our subscription plans).
Plutus will ask you to transfer PLU that you have historically withdrawn. The remaining PLU earned, which sits in your internal account balance, will automatically be removed during the account closure process.
Can you explain the process of this offer?
- Complete the form outlined here.
- Plutus will contact you requesting the following information:
- The transfer of XXXX PLU to a wallet address.
- A reply to the email with the Transaction ID of the PLU transfer for Plutus to verify.
- A summary breakdown of how much fiat refunds you are eligible for.
- Once you have replied with all the necessary information, Plutus will proceed to close your account.
I transferred an incorrect amount, what should I do?
Please contact support, and we will assist you.
What happens if I miss the cut-off date?
If you miss the cut-off date, you will not be eligible for the refund offer. Please ensure you complete the form before 21st July, 23:59 UTC.
Will my personal data be safe?
Yes, Plutus adheres to strict data protection and privacy policies. Your personal data will only be used for processing the refund and account closure.
If I close my account, is it permanent?
Yes, closing your Plutus account is a permanent action. Once closed, you will not be able to reopen your Plutus account in the future.
Am I required to cover the gas fees for the return of PLU earned?
